1. Registration and Fees
1.1. A non-refundable registration fee of 2000 Rs is required for enrollment.
1.2. The admission fee of 2000 Rs is mandatory for all courses.
1.3. The training fee is subject to a 40% or 50% discount, depending on the selected course.
1.4. The total course fee must be paid before the start of the training.

2. Course Enrollment and Attendance
2.1. Students must provide accurate personal details during registration.
2.2. Attendance is mandatory; students must maintain at least 80% attendance to receive a course completion certificate.
2.3. The institution reserves the right to cancel the enrollment of students involved in misconduct.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
3.1. No refunds will be issued once the course has started.
3.2. If a student withdraws before the course begins, only the training fee is partially refundable (if applicable).
3.3. In case of class rescheduling, the institution will inform students in advance.

4. Course Content and Certification
4.1. The course syllabus may be updated to align with industry standards.
4.2. Students will receive a certificate of completion only after successfully completing the course requirements.
4.3. The institution is not responsible for job placements but will provide career guidance.

5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Students must behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students.
5.2. Any form of plagiarism, cheating, or unethical behavior will result in immediate dismissal.
5.3. Use of unauthorized recording devices in class is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Course materials provided are for personal use only and cannot be shared, copied, or resold without permission.
6.2. The institution retains all rights to course content, recordings, and materials.

7. Liability and Disclaimer
7.1. The institution is not responsible for any personal loss or damage incurred during the course.
7.2. Course results depend on individual efforts, and no guarantees are made regarding earnings or skill mastery.

8. Amendments
8.1. The institution reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
8.2. Continued enrollment after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
